TAFE Module M3755RLearning Objectives:

Task: 1 of 2

Weight: 100%

Due Date:  Week 17

SCENARIO:

You are working as a web designer for a web development company and a client has requested that you build a web site for him.  The client’s name Ali Akbar Khan, unfortunately he keeps changing his mind regarding the layout, because of this issue your employer has recommended that you build a prototype of a site with Macromedia Fireworks.   Money has never been an issue with this client so the employer wishes to keep the customer happy.

Ali wants something that has a Middle Eastern, Sahara Desert, Bedouin or even Indian sort of flavour to it (that’s this week).   At this stage the client only requires a one page site but he wishes to see two examples of your work.   Ali doesn’t mind if it takes a while for the site to load and he really likes some of the graphic effects such as emboss and other filters he has noticed on some of the contemporary sites.   Ali has recommended that you use the web to locate images because he cannot locate any of his images at this point.

BUDGET:
None specified by the client. An estimation of website costs cannot be given until further website specifications are provided by the client, until then it appears unknown what work is actually required to be done.
